ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

 

SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location. Aurei is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

PRODUCT USE
Candles must be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children and pets, and always place on a heat-resistant surface. Aurei is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.

 

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Aurei website including images, copy and branding is the property of Aurei and may not be reproduced without permission.
