Refund policy

We want you to love your Aurei candle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@aurei.com.au and we will do our best to make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used candles for change of mind. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full — please send a photo of the damage to hello@aurei.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

A note on natural soy wax
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax. You may notice slight imperfections such as frosting, uneven surfaces, or wax pulling away from the sides of the vessel. These are natural characteristics of soy wax and are not considered faults — they have no impact on the scent or burn quality of your candle. Each pour is unique.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
