Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 AUD.

 

TRACKING
All orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days at hello@aurei.com.au with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement. If your order is lost in transit please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to offer this in the future.
